Turun Tilikeskus and TietoAkseli Group join forces – We will offer stronger services together
Turun Tilikeskus will join forces with TietoAkseli with the acquisition signed on February 11, 2022 and taking effect during February 2022.
TietoAkseli is a company founded 1991 in Jyväskylä, which employs around 160 people and offers scalable solutions for financial administration, human resources management, auditing and corporate finance.
The entrepreneurs Vesa Halme and Mikaela Dahlström, who have led our company in recent years, will continue as TietoAkseli shareholders. They also ensure the continuity of our expert services in the region with their own work.
– Locality and personal service are our strengths, which we will continue to cherish. With the acquisition, we will be able to offer our customers an even wider range of services with the support of TietoAkseli, Vesa Halme, partner of Turun Tilikeskus, justifies the transaction.
Mikaela Dahlström will continue as the CEO of the Turun Tilikeskus Group, until she takes up a new role in the TietoAkseli Group at the turn of the year.
Vesa Halme will continue in his current position at the Turku office and will continue to serve our customers in expert services. Among other things, Turun Tilikeskus will bring special expertise in the real estate industry to TietoAkseli.
– We have invested a lot in personal customer service. We see the quality of the service and the image of a responsible employer as one of the important competitive factors, as TietoAkseli does, says Mikaela Dahlström, CEO of Turun Tilikeskus Group.
The acquisition has no effect on Turun Tilikeskus’ customer relationships or staff working conditions. The operations will continue under the current name as usual, and the same personnel will continue to serve our customers.
The opportunities for development and career advancement will be further enhanced to our people as the Group’s size grows and new services are developed.
– Customer orientation, employee wellbeing and continuous development of operations are important common values for our companies. We will continue to invest in the wellbeing of our personnel and the development of our expertise, so that together we can offer you an even better service in the future, says Samuel Akselin, CEO of TietoAkseli Group.
